- Management and leadership of the design & development team
- Responsibility for managing of design & development projects
- Control the team’s performance based on projects’ budget and projects’ KPIs
- Control projects’ schedule status
- Reporting the projects’ status to COO and Program Manager on regularly basis
- Managing projects in an international environment
- Managing projects in accordance with requirements and customer expectations
- Participate in proposal and quotation preparation for new projects
- Participate in contractual negotiations
- Negotiate contractual terms changes during the run of a project, if needed
- Managing subcontractors and other external specialists
- Build relationships with customers
- Actively search for new opportunities on the market |
