Job descriptionFor our customer, Junget Poland sp. z o.o. located in Solec Kujawski we are looking for a candidate for the position of a: Managing DirectorThe candidate:• Focus on sales and sales management • Experienced person from the industry (Woodworking machines) • Very good in English and Polish speaking, Danish would be an advantage • Firm knowledge to the Polish Market and the manufactures in the customer groups • Result oriented, winner type, coaching his organization to exceed expectations • Trustworthy, reliable manager, which we can build on for a long time • Wants and will be offered to become a co owner of the company. Main responsibilities:• Develop the sales organization by co visits, training, coaching and recruiting of better sales people. • Take the lead in relation to key accounts and quotations for larger solutions and secure optimal efforts in achieving the order in such crucial cases. • Report and communicate with the management in Junget Denmark and together with these persons develop the synergies between the two companies. • Assure profitability in order intake and satisfactory service organization • Develop the rest of the organization Contact headhunter regarding this job |
